Once your furniture has arrived with our delivery experts, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date and 2 hour time slot.

RECYCLING

We can recycle your old furniture when we deliver your new design from £100 a piece.

DELIVERY

We deliver to any UK-mainland postcode for £75. Our delivery experts will place and assemble, if required, your furniture in your room of choice and take away any packaging for recycling.

NON-UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES

Our delivery experts can deliver to a port/ shipping company of your choice. Please give our team a call on 020 8939 3800 for more information.

RISK FREE RETURNS

If you would like to return your furniture please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This applies to all designs whatever personalisation options you have chosen. Please read our terms & conditions for more details.

DELIVERY PIECES

All of our accessories, headboards, armchairs and 1-4 seater designs will come delivered as 1 piece.

Chaise designs will come in 2 pieces and corner designs in 3 pieces. These can be joined together using linking clips, except for our modular designs. 

Bedsteads and storage beds will be delivered in 3 pieces (except single size which come in 2 pieces only).
